4. Breeder, Seller and Marketplace Disclaimer

Breeders, sellers, and other marketplace participants using Crewsn Co operate independently and are responsible for their own animals, listings, representations, business practices, contractual obligations, and compliance with applicable laws.

Crewsn Co does not guarantee the conduct, qualifications, honesty, facilities, breeding practices, animal welfare standards, or future performance of any breeder or seller.

Descriptions of an animal’s pedigree, health, temperament, training, breeding potential, registration, or other characteristics are generally supplied by the listing user and should not be treated as independently established facts solely because they appear on Crewsn Co.

Prospective buyers are responsible for conducting appropriate due diligence before entering into a transaction. This may include confirming the seller’s identity, reviewing relevant records, evaluating the animal’s condition, obtaining a written purchase agreement, and understanding the applicable terms and remedies.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Crewsn Co is not the seller of animals listed by third parties and does not assume the seller’s contractual obligations merely by providing marketplace services.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits any responsibility that Crewsn Co may have under applicable law.

5. Rescue and Adoption Disclaimer

Shelters, rescues, foster organizations, and other adoption participants using Crewsn Co are responsible for their own organizational status, authority to place animals, representations, adoption agreements, animal care practices, and compliance with applicable requirements.

Crewsn Co does not guarantee that every organization using the platform is licensed, registered, independently audited, or otherwise authorized in every jurisdiction in which it operates.

The existence of a rescue profile, adoption listing, or other platform designation does not, by itself, establish that an organization is legitimate or that an animal’s history, health, background, or circumstances have been independently confirmed.

Users considering an adoption should independently assess the organization, review applicable adoption terms, ask questions about the animal’s known history and health, and verify relevant information where reasonably possible.

Crewsn Co may review reports, request documentation, restrict accounts, or remove listings when warranted. However, we cannot guarantee that every fraudulent, misleading, or inappropriate account will be identified or prevented from using the platform.

6. Verification and Trust Indicators

Crewsn Co may offer profile reviews, verification badges, documentation reviews, or other trust indicators to help users evaluate information presented on the platform.

Where payments are facilitated through a third-party payment provider, the applicable payment terms and processing arrangements govern relevant aspects of payment handling. Sellers remain responsible for their applicable contractual and legal obligations, including any refunds or remedies owed by them. Crewsn Co’s role in facilitating a payment does not, by itself, guarantee the underlying transaction.
