Crewsn Co Terms of Service

Welcome to Crewsn Co. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Crewsn Co website, marketplace, member accounts, verification features, community features, payment integrations, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using Crewsn Co, creating an account, purchasing a membership, publishing a listing, or participating in a transaction through the Platform, you agree to these Terms and the applicable policies referenced in this agreement.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not create an account or use the Platform.

1. About Crewsn Co

Crewsn Co provides an online platform intended to connect dog enthusiasts, breeders, prospective buyers, shelters, rescue organizations, and other members of the dog community.

Depending on the features available, the Platform may allow users to:

• Create accounts and profiles.
• Publish breeder, rescue, dog, litter, and other animal-related listings.
• Discover and contact breeders, shelters, rescues, and other members.
• Review or submit information and documentation for verification.
• Purchase paid memberships or access additional platform features.
• Participate in animal-related transactions facilitated through integrated payment services.
• Make eligible donations to participating rescue organizations.
• Share information, participate in discussions, and interact with other community members.

Features may change as Crewsn Co develops its services.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in a separate written agreement, Crewsn Co operates the Platform and does not act as the breeder, owner, seller, adopter, rescue organization, veterinarian, or guarantor of animals offered by independent users.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must provide accurate and reasonably current information when creating and maintaining an account.

You agree to:

• Use truthful and non-misleading account information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Keep your contact information reasonably current.
• Notify Crewsn Co of suspected unauthorized access to your account.
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
• Avoid impersonating another person or organization.
• Refrain from creating accounts to evade a suspension, restriction, or other enforcement action.

You are responsible for activity conducted through your account to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Crewsn Co may request additional information where reasonably necessary to verify an account, investigate suspected fraud, meet legal obligations, or protect the integrity of the Platform.

We may restrict or decline account access where permitted by law if information is materially inaccurate, required information is not provided, or account activity presents a legitimate security, fraud, compliance, or platform-integrity concern.

3. Independent Users and Third-Party Responsibility

Breeders, sellers, shelters, rescues, buyers, adopters, and other members participate on the Platform as independent users.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, Crewsn Co is not a party to the underlying agreement between a buyer and seller, an adopter and rescue, or other independent users merely because the Platform facilitates communication, discovery, or payment processing.

Each user is responsible for their own conduct, representations, listings, agreements, and obligations.

Crewsn Co does not independently control every user’s activities and does not guarantee that every user is honest, qualified, authorized, or acting in compliance with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms prevents Crewsn Co from reviewing reports, moderating content, enforcing platform rules, restricting accounts, or taking other action within its authority.

Nothing in this section excludes any responsibility that Crewsn Co has under applicable law or expressly assumes in a separate agreement.

4. Breeders, Sellers, and Animal Listings

Users who publish breeder profiles, dog listings, litter announcements, animal listings, or related offers are responsible for ensuring that their content is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.

Breeders and sellers are responsible for, as applicable:

• Having the legal authority to offer or transfer an animal.
• Providing accurate descriptions of the animal, its history, and relevant characteristics.
• Accurately representing pedigree, registration, parentage, DNA results, genetic testing, and health information.
• Maintaining appropriate records and supplying documentation when required.
• Complying with applicable animal welfare, breeding, advertising, licensing, sales, consumer protection, and transportation requirements.
• Disclosing material information required by law or the applicable purchase agreement.
• Honoring their agreements with buyers.
• Handling cancellations, refunds, and other remedies for which they are responsible.

Crewsn Co does not guarantee an animal’s health, temperament, ancestry, registration, fertility, genetic status, training, or suitability for a particular purpose.

The presence of a listing on Crewsn Co does not constitute a guarantee or endorsement of the listing, animal, breeder, or seller.

Crewsn Co may remove or restrict listings that violate these Terms, applicable policies, or applicable law, or that present a credible risk to users, animals, or the integrity of the Platform.

5. Shelters, Rescues, and Adoption Listings

Rescue organizations, shelters, foster organizations, and other adoption participants are responsible for their organizational status, authority to place animals, representations, adoption agreements, records, and compliance with applicable requirements.

Participating organizations must not misrepresent their identity, charitable or nonprofit status, authorization to place an animal, use of donations, or the circumstances surrounding an animal’s placement.

Rescue and adoption listings may contain information supplied by the participating organization. Crewsn Co does not guarantee that every statement, record, organizational designation, or representation has been independently confirmed.

Users considering an adoption should independently evaluate the organization, review the applicable adoption agreement, and ask questions about the animal’s known history, health, and care requirements.

Crewsn Co may request documentation, investigate credible reports, restrict profiles, or remove listings when appropriate. The existence of a rescue profile or verification indicator is not a guarantee of organizational legitimacy or future conduct.

6. Verification and Trust Indicators

Crewsn Co may offer account reviews, verification badges, documentation checks, or other trust indicators.

Verification is limited to the specific information and criteria actually reviewed at the time of assessment. The scope of a review may vary depending on the verification program and the documentation provided.

A verification badge is not a guarantee, warranty, or continuing certification of a user’s honesty, qualifications, business practices, animal welfare standards, or future conduct.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, verification does not mean that Crewsn Co has independently inspected every facility, examined every animal, authenticated every record, or confirmed every claim made by a user.

Users must not rely solely on a verification badge when deciding whether to purchase, adopt, breed, or otherwise acquire an animal.

Crewsn Co may request additional documentation, conduct further reviews, suspend or revoke a badge, or change verification status when information becomes outdated, concerns arise, or the applicable criteria are no longer satisfied.

Crewsn Co does not guarantee that all fraudulent accounts, misleading listings, irresponsible breeders, or illegitimate rescues will be identified or prevented from accessing the Platform.

7. Marketplace Payments and Platform Commissions

Certain transactions may be facilitated through Stripe Connect or another payment service integrated with the Platform.

For applicable marketplace transactions, sellers must complete the required payment-provider onboarding and maintain any account status necessary to receive payments.

Where the applicable integration uses direct charges on a seller’s connected Stripe account, the payment is processed on that connected account and Crewsn Co may collect a disclosed platform commission through an application fee.

The actual payment flow, fee allocation, payout timing, and available transaction features are subject to the applicable integration, payment-provider terms, and transaction-specific disclosures.

Crewsn Co may charge commissions, membership fees, or other disclosed fees for applicable services. The relevant fee amount and calculation method will be presented through the applicable membership terms, seller terms, checkout process, or other applicable disclosure.

A platform commission compensates Crewsn Co for providing marketplace services. It is not a guarantee of the quality, safety, health, legitimacy, or performance of an animal or seller.

Sellers are responsible for accurately describing their offerings, fulfilling their agreements, and satisfying their applicable legal and contractual obligations.

Crewsn Co does not guarantee that a buyer will receive the animal or service described, that a seller will fulfill every promise, or that funds can always be recovered following a dispute.

Payment processing may be subject to identity verification, fraud screening, payment-provider restrictions, reserves, delays, reversals, or other requirements imposed by the payment provider or applicable law.

Users must not attempt to bypass payment requirements, submit fraudulent payment information, or use the Platform to facilitate unauthorized or unlawful transactions.

Nothing in this section limits any payment, refund, chargeback, disclosure, or other obligation that applies to Crewsn Co under applicable law or a binding agreement.

8. Memberships, Subscription Fees, and Cancellation

Crewsn Co may offer free and paid membership plans with different features and benefits.

Membership names, prices, billing intervals, promotional offers, and included features are disclosed through the applicable enrollment or checkout process.

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically where this arrangement is clearly disclosed and properly authorized. By enrolling in an automatically renewing membership, you authorize the disclosed recurring charges until cancellation, subject to applicable law and the terms presented at enrollment.

You may cancel a subscription through the available cancellation controls or another method required by law. Cancellation generally stops future renewals but does not automatically reverse charges already processed.

The availability of paid features following cancellation depends on the membership terms, billing period, and applicable law.

Refund eligibility, promotional offers, billing errors, cancellation-related charges, and other subscription matters are governed by the Crewsn Co Refund and Cancellation Policy and any applicable terms presented at enrollment.

Crewsn Co will provide disclosures and cancellation methods required by applicable law. Nothing in this section waives a consumer right that cannot lawfully be waived.

9. Refunds, Cancellations, and Transaction Disputes

Refund and cancellation rights depend on the type of transaction, the applicable agreement, the payment arrangement, and applicable law.

For animal purchases, breeding services, and other third-party marketplace transactions, the seller or service provider is generally responsible for fulfilling the transaction and providing refunds or other remedies owed under their agreement or applicable law.

Crewsn Co may review reports involving non-delivery, suspected fraud, materially misleading listings, disputed transactions, or other concerns.

Depending on the circumstances and its contractual and technical authority, Crewsn Co may request information, contact the parties, restrict an account, remove a listing, or take other reasonable action.

Crewsn Co does not guarantee that every dispute will be resolved in a particular user’s favor or that funds will always be recoverable.

The treatment of platform commissions, processing fees, refunds, reversals, and chargebacks is subject to the applicable transaction terms, payment-provider rules, and applicable law.

Users should review the separate Refund and Cancellation Policy before purchasing a membership or completing a marketplace transaction.

10. Donations and Fundraising

Crewsn Co may provide features that enable users to contribute to eligible rescue organizations or participate in fundraising activities.

Participating organizations are responsible for the accuracy of their fundraising statements, the legitimacy of their requests, and the lawful use of funds they receive.

Crewsn Co does not guarantee the eligibility, charitable status, financial condition, or conduct of every participating organization unless a specific status has been checked and expressly stated.

Where a donation is processed through an integrated payment service, processing and payout arrangements are subject to the applicable payment configuration and provider terms.

Any platform fee or commission applicable to a donation will be disclosed through the relevant fundraising or payment flow. Where Crewsn Co offers donations with a 0% platform commission, that arrangement applies as disclosed for the eligible transaction; it does not necessarily eliminate payment-processing fees charged by the payment provider.

Donors should review the recipient organization’s information and applicable donation terms before contributing.

Refund eligibility, donation restrictions, payment errors, and other donation-related issues are subject to the applicable transaction terms and law.

Nothing in this section represents that a contribution is tax-deductible. Donors are responsible for obtaining any tax advice or documentation they may require.

11. Animal Health, Veterinary Information, and Professional Advice

Crewsn Co is not a veterinary practice and does not provide veterinary diagnoses, treatment, or professional medical advice.

Health records, vaccination information, genetic testing results, pedigree documentation, and other animal-related information may be provided by third parties. The availability of these materials does not independently establish their accuracy, authenticity, completeness, or continued validity.

Users should consult qualified professionals where appropriate and independently evaluate material information before making animal-related decisions.

Community discussions, articles, educational materials, and user opinions are provided for general informational purposes and should not be treated as a substitute for professional veterinary advice.

12. User Content and Intellectual Property

Users may submit photographs, videos, text, listings, profile information, reviews, messages, and other materials to the Platform (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of User Content to the extent you own the applicable rights.

By submitting User Content, you grant Crewsn Co a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and format that content as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, secure, promote, and improve the Platform, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

This license includes displaying your public profile, listings, and other content to users where those features are intended to make the content available. It also permits technical processing, resizing, formatting, and backups needed to operate the service.

The license continues for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or maintain legitimate records, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to submit your User Content and authorize the uses described in this section.

You must not submit content that infringes another person’s intellectual property, violates privacy rights, is unlawfully deceptive, or otherwise violates these Terms or applicable law.

Crewsn Co does not claim ownership of users’ original content merely because it is submitted to the Platform.

13. Community Standards and Prohibited Conduct

Crewsn Co aims to support a community centered on dogs, responsible ownership, learning, and constructive engagement.

Users must not use the Platform to:

• Commit fraud, impersonate others, or misrepresent material facts.
• Publish knowingly false or materially misleading listings.
• Submit falsified pedigree, registration, health, identity, or verification documents.
• Engage in unlawful animal sales, animal abuse, or prohibited animal-related activities.
• Harass, threaten, stalk, or intimidate other users.
• Publish unlawful threats, targeted abuse, or other prohibited content.
• Distribute spam, deceptive promotions, malicious links, or unauthorized solicitations.
• Collect or misuse another user’s personal information without authorization.
• Circumvent account restrictions or create accounts to evade enforcement.
• Interfere with Platform security, availability, or functionality.
• Use bots, scraping tools, or automated systems in violation of applicable law or reasonable Platform restrictions.
• Infringe intellectual property or violate another person’s legal rights.
• Use the Platform for any other unlawful or prohibited purpose.

Users are responsible for evaluating information they receive from other members and for exercising appropriate caution when arranging transactions or sharing information.

Crewsn Co may establish additional community guidelines and listing rules, provided those rules are made available through the Platform or otherwise communicated as appropriate.

14. Reporting, Moderation, and Enforcement

Crewsn Co may provide reporting tools for suspicious accounts, misleading listings, suspected fraud, animal welfare concerns, and other potential violations.

We may review reports and take action based on the information available, the seriousness of the concern, applicable law, and the needs of the Platform.

Possible actions include requesting documentation, limiting account features, removing content, suspending accounts, revoking verification indicators, terminating memberships, restricting transactions where supported, and cooperating with appropriate authorities.

Where appropriate, Crewsn Co may preserve relevant records and disclose information as permitted or required by law.

Crewsn Co does not guarantee that every violation will be detected, every report will be substantiated, or every harmful activity will be prevented.

A user’s continued presence on the Platform does not necessarily mean that Crewsn Co has reviewed or endorsed that user’s conduct.

Nothing in this section limits any reporting, notice, investigation, or other obligation imposed on Crewsn Co by applicable law.

15. Third-Party Services and Links

The Platform may integrate with or link to third-party services, including payment providers, identity-verification services, external websites, and other tools.

Those services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies.

Crewsn Co does not control every third-party service and does not guarantee its availability, security, or performance. The relevant third party is responsible for its own services and practices, subject to applicable law.

Your use of third-party services may require separate agreements, identity verification, or the provision of information directly to that provider.

Nothing in this section excludes any responsibility Crewsn Co has for its own conduct, integrations, or representations under applicable law.

16. Privacy and Personal Information

Crewsn Co may collect and process personal information to create accounts, operate the Platform, facilitate transactions, provide support, conduct verification reviews, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations.

Our collection, use, disclosure, retention, and protection of personal information are described in the separate Crewsn Co Privacy Policy.

Where required, Crewsn Co will provide notices and obtain consent for particular processing activities.

Users should review the Privacy Policy to understand how information is handled, including information supplied during registration, verification, communications, and payment-related activities.

17. Platform Availability and Changes

Crewsn Co may maintain, update, modify, suspend, or discontinue Platform features as the service evolves.

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or operation free from every error, interruption, or technical issue.

We may restrict access temporarily for maintenance, security, operational needs, legal compliance, or other legitimate reasons.

Where applicable law or a binding agreement requires notice, continued access, a refund, or another remedy, Crewsn Co will comply with that requirement.

18. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time and may request account closure through the available account controls or contact channels.

Crewsn Co may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, security risks, legal requirements, payment-provider restrictions, or other legitimate platform-integrity concerns.

Where appropriate and legally permissible, Crewsn Co may provide notice or an opportunity to address the issue. Immediate action may be necessary in some circumstances.

Termination does not automatically eliminate obligations arising from prior transactions, unpaid fees, disputes, legal requirements, or provisions that by their nature should continue after termination.

Account closure and data deletion are subject to applicable law, the Privacy Policy, and any legitimate record-retention obligations.

19. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Platform and its features are provided on an “as available” basis, subject to any specific commitments expressly made by Crewsn Co.

Crewsn Co does not guarantee that the Platform will meet every user’s requirements, that all information supplied by third parties is accurate, or that every user, listing, animal, organization, or transaction will be free from risk.

Crewsn Co does not guarantee any particular outcome from using the Platform, including a successful sale, adoption, breeding arrangement, fundraising campaign, or community interaction.

The separate Crewsn Co Disclaimer provides additional information about veterinary matters, pedigree and registration information, verification, third-party communications, and platform availability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a warranty, right, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

20. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crewsn Co will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, d
