Crewsn Co Refund and Cancellation Policy

Crewsn Co (“Crewsn Co,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides online services that connect dog enthusiasts, breeders, buyers, shelters, rescue organizations, and other members of the dog community.

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains the rules that apply to paid memberships, marketplace transactions, platform fees, donations, and other payments made through or in connection with Crewsn Co.

This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, and any transaction-specific terms presented during checkout.

Nothing in this Policy excludes or limits any consumer right, refund obligation, or other legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

1. Paid Memberships and Subscriptions

Crewsn Co may offer free and paid membership plans that provide different features and benefits.

Membership prices, billing intervals, promotional offers, renewal terms, and included features will be disclosed during the applicable enrollment or checkout process.

A. Recurring Billing

Paid memberships may renew automatically where automatic renewal is clearly disclosed and properly authorized.

By enrolling in an automatically renewing membership, you authorize the applicable recurring charges at the disclosed price and billing frequency until you cancel or the subscription otherwise ends.

If a promotional offer includes a free or discounted period followed by paid membership, the applicable terms, including the date or event that triggers the first charge and the subsequent recurring price, will be disclosed before enrollment.

Crewsn Co will provide renewal notices, reminders, and other disclosures when required by applicable law.

B. Membership Cancellation

Members may cancel a paid subscription through the available account cancellation controls or another cancellation method required by applicable law.

Unless otherwise stated in the applicable membership terms, cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically reverse a charge that has already been processed.

Where applicable, paid membership features may remain available until the end of the current paid billing period. Features associated with the paid plan may then be removed or the account may revert to the Free membership level.

Cancellation does not eliminate outstanding payment obligations that were validly incurred before cancellation.

Crewsn Co will process cancellations in accordance with applicable law, including any required deadlines and restrictions on cancellation procedures.

C. Membership Refunds

Membership fees are generally nonrefundable once a billing period begins, except where a refund is required by law, expressly promised in an applicable promotion or membership agreement, or approved by Crewsn Co.

A refund may be considered where, for example:

• A duplicate charge was processed.
• A charge was made in error.
• A valid cancellation was not properly reflected in subsequent billing.
• A payment was unauthorized.
• Crewsn Co failed to provide a paid service as promised.
• A refund is required under applicable law or the applicable membership terms.

Refund requests will be reviewed based on the transaction, account status, applicable terms, and relevant legal requirements.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically qualify a member for a refund of previously paid fees or unused membership time, except where otherwise required by law or the applicable agreement.

2. Promotional Offers and Discounted Memberships

Crewsn Co may offer free trials, discounted subscriptions, introductory pricing, promotional codes, or other membership incentives.

Each promotion is subject to its disclosed terms, eligibility requirements, duration, and applicable restrictions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, a promotion applies only to the membership or transaction identified in the offer.

Where a free or discounted period transitions to a paid subscription, the subsequent price, billing frequency, renewal arrangement, and cancellation method will be disclosed before the user commits to the offer.

If a promotional offer includes specific cancellation or refund rights, those terms will apply to the extent they are consistent with applicable law.

Crewsn Co reserves the right to correct material errors in promotional descriptions and to discontinue or modify future offers, subject to existing commitments and applicable law.

3. Marketplace Transactions Between Buyers and Sellers

Crewsn Co provides marketplace tools that allow independent breeders, sellers, shelters, and rescue organizations to connect with prospective buyers and adopters.

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, Crewsn Co is not the seller of animals or the provider of services listed by independent users.

The seller or service provider is responsible for fulfilling the transaction, accurately representing the animal or service, honoring the applicable agreement, and providing any refund or other remedy owed under that agreement or applicable law.

This section applies, as relevant, to transactions involving puppies, adult dogs, breeding services, stud services, adoptions, and other third-party offerings.

A. Buyer Refund Requests

Buyers seeking a refund, cancellation, or other remedy should contact the seller or service provider promptly and retain relevant transaction records and communications.

Depending on the circumstances, a buyer may also report the matter to Crewsn Co for review.

Examples of matters that may warrant reporting include:

• Failure to deliver or transfer an animal or service as agreed.
• Suspected fraud or impersonation.
• Materially misleading listing information.
• Disputes concerning a seller’s representations or contractual commitments.
• Concerns involving the condition or health of an animal.
• Other suspected violations of platform policies or applicable law.

The appropriate remedy depends on the facts, the purchase agreement, applicable law, and the available payment-processing procedures.

A buyer should not assume that every concern automatically entitles them to a refund from Crewsn Co. Equally, a seller may not use this Policy to deny a refund or remedy that the seller is legally required to provide.

B. Seller Refund Responsibilities

Sellers and service providers are responsible for their applicable refund obligations, including obligations arising from their own agreements, representations, and conduct.

Crewsn Co does not guarantee that every seller will cooperate with a refund request or have sufficient funds available to satisfy a refund obligation.

Where appropriate and permitted, Crewsn Co may review a complaint, request information, contact the parties, restrict an account, remove a listing, or take other action under its platform policies.

Any such review does not guarantee a particular outcome and does not replace remedies that may be available to a buyer under applicable law or the buyer’s agreement with the seller.

4. Crewsn Co Platform Commissions and Marketplace Fees

Crewsn Co may collect a disclosed commission or platform fee on eligible marketplace transactions.

The applicable fee, calculation method, and other material terms will be disclosed through the relevant seller agreement, transaction terms, or payment flow.

For marketplace transactions processed through Stripe Connect using direct charges, the payment is created on the seller’s connected Stripe account, and Crewsn Co may collect an application fee.
